This is our most-commonly-booked appointment. Your stylist will thoughtfully curate selections with you based on your vision, timeline, and investment range to ensure a focused and meaningful experience. For brides only seeking ready-to-wear styles or sample gowns under $1,000, we recommend booking our Finery Edit Appointment.

We are an appointment-only boutique. Weekend and late-afternoon appointments tend to book several days in advance, and, our availability for same-day appointments is extremely limited. Please submit an appointment request form, then give us a call if you are trying to schedule a same-day appointment. *We do not take same-day appointments on Sundays.

Please observe our appointment hours and complete the form to request an appointment date & time. Your appointment is NOT confirmed until you have received an e-mail confirmation and your booking fee has been paid. We strive to answer all appointment requests within the same business day. Check your spam folder if it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received a response from us.
Guests
We allow up to 3 guests for our Finery Edit Appointments, 5 Guests for our Standard Finery Bridal Appointments, and 7+ Guests for our Finery Signature Appointments. See our appointment menu for more details. We all love kids at the Finery. However, due to the fragility of our merchandise, and to ensure that all of our guests have a pleasant, comfortable experience, we kindly ask you do not bring children under the age of 10 to your appointment. We do make exceptions for infants/nursing mothers.
Booking Fees
We charge a booking fees for bridal visits to ensure that we are allocating our appointments to brides who are serious about coming in. After we receive your appointment request, we will send you a payment link to confirm your appointment. If you do not receive a payment link in a timely fashion, please check your spam folder.
Cancelling Appointments
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to allow brides on the wait list the opportunity to shop for their dress. We understand that this is not always possible in the event that an illness occurs on the day of your appointment, or you find your perfect dress elsewhere. We still kindly ask that you call us to cancel your appointment even if it is on the same day. *Your booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen events, we will allow you to transfer your booking fee [to a rescheduled appointment] as a one-time courtesy.
Early Arrivals
Because we assign each bride her own consultant and fitting suite, arriving very early (especially on Saturdays and with large groups) usually means that you will be disrupting another bride's appointment. We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are running significantly early, please feel free to give us a call to see if we can accommodate you and your guests earlier than your scheduled time.
