We strive to make shopping at the Finery a personalized experience that is free of interruptions from walk-in traffic.  For these reasons, we are an appointment-only salon. The boutique is strategically located in a converted house because we want you to feel at home.    Enjoy a cup of tea as we discuss your ideas for your wedding look. Our stylists provide you and your guests with an atmosphere that honors the uniqueness and importance of the occasion.   In our time together, we listen carefully and guide you to your vision of the perfect wedding ensemble!

We are an appointment-only boutique.  Same-day appointments are sometimes available.  Please submit an appointment request form, then give us a call if you are trying to schedule a same-day appointment.

Wednesday:  10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Thursday:  10:00 a.m. -  6:00 p.m. 

Friday:    10: 00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Saturday :  10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

 

Please observe our hours, (especially during the winter season) and complete the form to request an appointment date & time.  You will be contacted by a customer service representative via email (or phone if we have questions) to confirm your appointment. Your appointment is NOT confirmed until you have received an e-mail confirmation and your booking fee has been paid. We strive to answer all appointment requests within the same business day.  Check your spam folder if it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received a response from us.

Guests

Respectfully, to provide a pleasant shopping experience for everyone, we can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests per bride on Saturdays.   If you would like to bring more guests, please consider booking a weekday appointment; or, contact us in advance to see if special arrangements can be made.  We all love kids at the Finery.  However, due to the fragility of our merchandise, and to ensure that all of our guests have a pleasant, comfortable experience, we kindly ask that you do not bring children under the age of 10 to your appointment. We do make exceptions for infants/nursing mothers.

​                                                Booking Fees

 We charge a $25 booking fee for bridal visits to ensure that we are allocating our appointments to brides who are serious about coming in.     After we receive your appointment request, we will send you a payment link to confirm your appointment.  If you do not receive a payment link in a timely fashion, please check your spam folder.   Booking fees are non-refundable if you decide to cancel without rescheduling or do not show up for your appointment.  We understand that emergencies can arise.  Therefore, we will allow you to transfer your booking fee if you have to reschedule your visit as a one-time courtesy.      If you ultimately decide to purchase your wedding gown from Finery, we will credit your booking fee [$25] back to your dress purchase.

     Cancelling Appointments

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to allow brides on the wait list the opportunity to shop for their dress.  We understand that this is not always possible in the event that an illness occurs on the day of your appointment, or you find your perfect dress elsewhere.  We still kindly ask that you call us to cancel your appointment even if it is on the same day.  We truly appreciate this courtesy.

*Your booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.   However, if you need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen events, we will allow you to transfer your booking fee [to a rescheduled appointment] as a one-time courtesy.

 

Early Arrivals

Because we assign each bride her own consultant and fitting room, arriving very early (especially on Saturdays and with large groups) usually means that you will be disrupting another bride's appointment.  We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment.  If you are running significantly early, please feel free to give us a call to see if we can accommodate you and your guests earlier than your scheduled time.   

 

Prep​aring For Your Appointment

We encourage you to browse our designer websites, Instagram, and Pinterest pages. You may send us inspiration photos prior to your appointment. We will be pulling dresses for you from our inventory so the better we’re prepared, the better we’ll be able to help you select styles. It is helpful to wear undergarments of similar styles that you will wear on your wedding day.
